The Winters Friends of the Library will be hosting an author talk on August 14 at 7pm at the Winters Community Library.
Local author Lisa Nalbone will speak about her guide and workbook LIFESPARKS: Ask hard questions, TRY new things, Do what matters. which offers strategies and practical steps for using self-directed learning to navigate life’s challenges and transitions with confidence and joy. She’ll provide examples from her learning journeys with parenting, teaching, homeschooling and unschooling, caregiving, and figuring out her path through life.

Refreshments will be provided and books will be available for sale. Profits from book sales will be donated to the Winters Friends of the Library.
The event is free and open to the public.
