With a forecast high of 108 degrees, we are grateful that the City of Winters made the Community Center available to save the start of our summer concert series.
Come on out and enjoy a refreshing root beer float! The concerts are free, but donations will be gratefully accepted. Cold drinks, pizza, and tasty snacks will be for sale. All proceeds will benefit the Winters Community Library.
