Come at 6:30 for drinks and snacks and socializing, with heavy hors d’oeuvres prepared by students in the Culinary Arts program at Winters High School, under the direction of teacher/chef Chris Novello.
The meeting will start at 7:00. There will be a brief year-in-review presentation and election of officers for 2027, followed by the speaker. There will be time following the talk for questions and discussion.
Our guest speaker will be Jeremy Craig, Winters City Manager. Mr. Craig has served in that position since 2023. He came to the City of Winters with thirty years of public accounting, municipal government, and private industry experience, having recently served as the City Manager for the City of Vacaville. He previously served as the Assistant City Manager and Finance Director in the City of Vacaville, and held positions in the cities of Dixon and Napa, California. He will speak on “The State of the City” and will address recent successes and challenges facing the city.
