The Winters Friends of the Library is an entirely volunteer run organization led by a dedicated and hard working board of directors. Each year at our annual membership meeting, held on the first Monday of the month of November, board members are elected for the following year. This year the election and gathering will be held on November 2 at 6 pm.
A slate of officers nominated to hold specific positions is presented to the members attending the meeting. Additional nominations are accepted from the floor from the members in attendance that evening. Once all nominations are made, voting proceeds. After the election, the gathering continues with a program, refreshments and time for the members to mingle.

We are grateful to both exiting. continuing and newly elected board members who hold the reins of the organization and provide many wonderful opportunities to support our library, literacy, and culture in our community while we forge new friendships and connection.
