Dear library staff and volunteers,
I want to thank everyone who is part of the programs offered by the library. When I arrived from Mexico, the first people who showed me their support were there. Revie was my first teacher. She always showed me the support to motivate me to learn English. With her I began to learn from the beginning. She lent me English books and she always explained many things to me. With her patience and dedication, she motivated me to continue learning.
Sometime later, they started a program to practice speaking in English. The person who helped me a lot to be able to speak English a little better was Federica, she was very nice and kind to me. With her support motivated to me practice English. In the class we tried to speak as much as possible English as we could do it. It didn’t matter if we were wrong, she tried to correct us.
Over time, a very intelligent person joined the class, who also gave us the confidence to continue learning. Her name is Marcia. Among all of them, there were more people participating in the programs that helped us to grow intellectually and as people. I am most grateful to all of them for all their effort and dedication that they invested in us.
Hopefully soon the classes will open again in the library to keep in touch with all those beautiful people who help us grow every day. Also, I hope they can help other people, as they did with me. Thank you and I hope to see you again.
