Trick or Treat for Books on Halloween!
Stop by the Winters Community Library on Oct. 31, 2017 between 6pm and 8pm for face painting, scary stories and more. Trick-or-treaters will also receive a special treat to put in their candy bags! Photos will also be taken of those in costumes to be entered in the Yolo County Library Costume Contest!
