Have you noticed all the scarecrows around town? The businesses and organizations in Winters have gone all out and filled the town for the annual Winters Scarecrow Fest.
This year WFoL volunteers have created many scarecrows and installed them all around town at the Library and the WFoL Little Free Libraries too. Please stop by to see all of our scarecrows, take a selfie with your favorites and share with us on social media.
Also, don’t forget to pick up a Scarecrow Festival Ballot to visit all the scarecrow locations and vote for the ones you like.
