Judge Sonia Cortés to Speak at Annual Gathering – November 6th
Winters Friends of the Library will be hosting their Annual Gathering on Monday, November 6th at 6 pm at the Winters Community Library. All are invited to attend.
Delightful food and refreshments will be provided by the Winters High School Culinary class during the first part of the evening. The Friends also welcome Judge Sonia Cortés, as the guest speaker. Judge Cortés, a former Winters resident and a Winters High School graduate, is the first Latina or Latino judge ever appointed to the Yolo County Superior Court.
Board officers for 2018 will be elected at the event. The following is the slate of nominated officers for 2018:

Vice President – Crystal Apilado
Past President – Carol Scianna
Secretary – Sonya Godinez
Treasurer – Sally Brown
